Pittiger dan verwacht, hard moeten werken voor niet eens een heel speciale tijd (57:25 gun, 57:16 chip). Eerst 2km trail de heuvel op (niet gewend) met forse tegenwind, daarna twee asfalt naar beneden met wind mee (lekkerder) en weer een km heuvel op door halfmodderig gras. Keer twee.

Hopelijk nog wat energie bewaard voor morgen...
