Na tien dagen post-marathon rust en een lichte maar hardnekkige blessure weer iets aangedurfd. Linker bovenbeen toch nog niet helemaal honderd en conditie is ook nog even zoek na vakantie/concert, maar goed, vier moeizame kilometers zijn beter dan nul bankzittende.
