Long Run
Op de bonnefooi. Paar snelle metertjes extra op de atletiekbaan. Langs Zestienhoven had ik nog wel in gedachten, helemaal via de Rotte terug niet echt. Bij de Molenlaan ook nog even de weg kwijt en stukje extra gelopen. Tot 23 ging lekker, met moeite de 25 onder de 2u30 gehouden en daarna was zonder water en lege maag sinds de lunch trage ellende. Nu snel maar even hapje doen dan.
